Can you beat RICE in 60 seconds?
Every quarter starts the same way: more good ideas than capacity. Pick a plan, then see how it compares with the best plan under a simple RICE model, and why. Play against a 60-second clock, or practise with no time limit. The result is a modelled score on fictional data, not value delivered.
How it works
- You own the backlog for Pantry, a fictional grocery-delivery app. Your team has 10 person-weeks this quarter.
- Pick the items to build. Each shows Reach, Impact, Confidence and Effort. Selections can't exceed capacity.
- In the timed round you have 60 seconds; when time runs out, your plan is scored against the RICE-optimal set. Prefer no clock? Practise with no time limit and submit when you're ready.
